Why are we on this path? Because nobody should have their language stolen from them. Nobody should be denied God's Word in their own language either- especially when work was already done to give it to them! Now it is a tangled mess and so hard to come by, but God is working it out and getting it right. It is still a work in progress, but it is a beginning. Yes, there is a ton of adversity. No, we are not rich people who can just play around and have no worries. Again and again through history having the Bible has preserved languages that would otherwise have disappeared. It's time to give it back to the First Peoples. It is a beginning.
